How do I find my User ID?

User ID
Open ACECRAFT and tap your avatar at the upper left. Copy the Game ID from your profile.

How do payment and delivery work?

Choose your package and payment method, then select Checkout in the order summary. With PayNow, scan the QR using your banking app.

For manual transfer, use the bank details on your order. Payment needs to be received and checked within three hours.

Delivery after payment

Your top-up starts after payment is received. Use your order ID on Track order to follow payment and delivery.

Need help with an order or refund?

Open Track order to check your purchase or send a request. If the order says delivered, check the Acecraft account used at checkout.

If you’ve paid but the top-up is missing, send a request from that order before paying again. For cancellations and refunds, we’ll check what’s possible; a confirmed refund will appear in your order status.
